Food on the Move has been supplying the restaurant and catering industry for 19 years.

Proprietor, Jon Salter, has been involved in the food industry for over 30 years.

From humble beginnings, the business today boasts customers from some of the finest restaurants and caterers in Sydney and the Central Coast,  serviced by 5 vehicles, and a dedicated team of 7.


Food on  the Move’s main mission is to give very personal service and develop  niche markets by focusing on specialty items from the Asian, Continental and Middle Eastern regions. This has helped to forge lasting  relationships with suppliers and importers, resulting in the objective  that if a customer needs a product, Food on the Move will source and  supply it

In  recent times demand has grown for bulk party food and consumer sized  items, in response Food On The Move has opened a retail shop.

You can now shop, with wholesale prices for a variety of bulk frozen party  foods as well as a selection of groceries, dairy products, oils and  drinks..

At Food On The Move, the customer always comes first.
